– One of our extraordinary service technicians will meet you at the door. He will explain who he will be driving a company branded service vehicle and company branded attire for clear identification. Due to current times he may also be wearing a mask and gloves for your protection. He will introduce himself and ask you about any issues your system is having.
– After discussing any issues, the factory trained and qualified service technician jumps into action identifying and diagnosing any problems within your system. This includes indoor and outdoor units as well as any ductwork if applicable.
– Once we diagnose all existing issues with your system, the technician will speak to you regarding the issue(s) and what can be done to rectify them. This is also the time where we discuss pricing and receive your approval prior to any repairs being completed. (Hint: You can also use this time to ask any question you’d like. We are there for you.)
– Once all explanations and approvals are complete, the technician springs back into action performing all repairs as per factory recommendations as well as NC Building Codes.
– Job Complete. The technician comes to let you know that the job is finished and one last goodbye.
